How We Work

Point of sale at a live event is a fundamentally different problem than point of sale at a retail store. Transactions happen in bursts, connectivity is unreliable, and speed is everything. Our POS infrastructure is engineered for exactly these constraints: offline-capable, burst-tolerant, and sub-two-second transaction times.

We support multiple POS configurations: merchandise sales at live events, food and beverage operations at venues, pop-up retail for branded experiences, and in-venue purchases at entertainment productions. Every transaction type runs on the same integrated platform with unified reporting.

Our POS hardware is portable and ruggedized. The software is cloud-synced with offline fallback for connectivity gaps. Inventory, pricing, tax calculation, and reporting are managed from a single dashboard that operators can access from any device on the network.

POS data integrates with our broader commerce and analytics infrastructure. Real-time sales reporting, inventory alerts, per-SKU performance tracking, and cross-event trend analysis give operators the visibility they need to optimize revenue and reduce waste.
